Jessica Tillyer is a Managing Creative Director at SYPartners, where she leads the growth of the design practice and provides creative leadership to projects that combine business growth, social impact, and culture change. With a background in both design and theater, she is obsessed with every aspect of designing a great experience — both for people in the world and employees within organizations.
Since joining SYPartners in 2009, Jessica’s helped IBM’s sales teams in Japan transform their business practice, launched digital tools to connect every IBMer to the purpose, values, and practices of their organization, and imagined human-centered experiences for Ann Taylor, American Express, and AT&T. She led work for AARP to create a new narrative around aging, and spark new solutions for people as we live and age.
Prior to SYPartners, Jessica was a founding member of the design studio Son & Sons and helped launched the digital start up Simple PR.
