Marta is founder and principal of Stiglin Consulting—a firm that partners with corporate marketing and creative agencies to advance their organizational strategies, structures and operating practices to increase the competitiveness and contributions of in-house teams.

Prior to consulting, Marta oversaw the development of advertising and merchandising for the direct, retail and wholesale channels at Bose Corporation, reengineering the group to peak performance. Before Bose, she led account management teams for two east-coast ad agencies.

Marta is one of the founding members of the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF) and former IHAF Board Chair. She is also a frequent instructor of professional development workshops and a guest speaker/session facilitator for a host of industry events nationally.
